2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for orders that are incorrect, damaged, or not delivered.
  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Proof of issue (photo or video) may be required for verification.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind or dislike of taste after consumption.
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
  • Failure to collect an order on time (for pickup orders).
  • Partial consumption of products before complaint is raised.

4. Replacements

In eligible cases, we may provide a replacement order instead of a monetary refund. Replacement timelines may vary depending on availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Once preparation has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

6. Refund Timeline
